Impure, a comic strip.

This is a comic I made for a class through which I want to show the views certain people have about menstruation, and how these beliefs could translate into shame around the topic.

The scene is set during the Indian festival of Ganesh Visarjan. Mina, the main character feels disappointed about not being allowed to attend the festivities since she started her period.
